BeautyPlus Charges On Same Day as 3-Day Free Trial Sign-Up

I initiated a 3-day free trial for the BeautyPlus app via the App Store on my iPhone. Despite it explicitly stating "free trial," my card was charged 999.99 TL on the exact same day, long before the 3-day period had even elapsed. I refuse to accept this charge, as I gave no authorization and the trial period was still active.

The transaction occurred on August 11, 2026, at approximately 02:17 AM. As soon as I noticed it, I immediately canceled my subscription through the App Store. Although the subscription settings confirm that the plan has been canceled, the annual charge of 999.99 TL was still deducted from my card. I never agreed to a paid subscription beyond the free trial, making this charge completely unjust.

Being charged such a high amount on the very same day while under the guise of a "3-day free trial" has severely shaken my trust as a consumer. I demand an immediate, full refund of 999.99 TL from BeautyPlus and Apple, along with confirmation that my subscription will not be renewed under any circumstances.
