Beats Fit Pro Earbuds Started Crackling and Losing Sound Quality

While using my Beats Fit Pro true wireless Bluetooth earbuds, the sound quality suddenly became distorted. The earbuds started producing poor audio quality along with crackling and static noises. This issue has been ongoing for approximately one year, and because of it I have not been able to use the headphones properly or comfortably.
During this process, I contacted Beats customer support and explained the problem in detail. I was told that someone would contact me and assist with the issue, but despite the time that has passed, nobody has ever reached out to me or provided any follow-up support.
I request that my Beats Fit Pro earbuds be properly inspected so the audio issue can be identified and resolved. If possible, I also request that the repair be completed free of charge. I kindly ask for someone to contact me as soon as possible and help resolve the inconvenience and ongoing frustration caused by this defective product.
