I am a user of the Big Daddy game platform and my account has been negatively affected by repeated scam login attempts. On 28 May 2026, I noticed that scammers tried to log in to my Big Daddy game account multiple times, and as a result my withdrawal function was frozen without my consent. Because of this situation, I currently cannot withdraw my balance of 43,149 from my Big Daddy game account. I have contacted Big Daddy support, but I did not receive any clear explanation or solution, and my withdrawals are still blocked while my money remains stuck in the account. I request that my account be reviewed urgently, that the fraudulent login attempts be properly investigated, and that my withdrawals be unfrozen so I can withdraw my 43,149 balance. In addition, I expect my account to be secured so that similar security problems and withdrawal freezes do not happen again without a clear explanation.
