I Cannot Receive ₹6000 From BDG After Withdrawal Pending for Hours

I am using the BDG/bdgame platform along with my Canara Bank account, and today at around 12:00 PM, I requested a withdrawal of ₹6,000 to my bank account. Normally, withdrawals on this platform are completed within approximately 2 hours, but in this case, my transaction is still showing as pending, and the money has not been credited to my Canara Bank account.
This delay is causing me significant stress, as my funds are currently stuck and I am unable to access or use them. Additionally, I have not been able to reach any customer support from BDG/bdgame to get assistance or clarification this issue.
I kindly request that my ₹6,000 withdrawal be processed immediately and credited to my Canara Bank account without any further delay. If there is any issue causing this delay, I expect a clear explanation along with a prompt resolution so that I can access my funds as soon as possible.
