I deposited ₹2000 into the BDG Win game (ID:5507***), but the payment prosseing on their end even though the amount was debited from my account. I’ve been requesting them to resolve this for the past 10 days, but they keep giving me excuses. Please help — this was my family’s savings, and I am feeling hopeless and desperate. Please help.
