BDG Game ₹24,000 Withdrawal Completed but Not Received

I made a withdrawal of 24,000 ₹ from BDG Game to my bank card, and in the application’s withdrawal history this transaction appears as “Completed” with amount 24,000 ₹, type “BANK CARD”, date 23.09.2026, order number WD20260923123424111055802f and UTR number 626651042486. However, this money has still not been credited to my bank account. My BDG Game UID is 20589524. The bank account I used is in Maharashtra Gramin Bank with account number 80071138203 and IFSC code MAHG0005138. Although the transaction shows as successfully completed in the BDG Game system, my bank balance has not increased by 24,000 ₹ and I have not received this payment. I request that BDG Game urgently investigate this missing withdrawal and either immediately credit the 24,000 ₹ to my Maharashtra Gramin Bank account stated above or otherwise resolve the issue and ensure that I receive my money. I also ask to be informed in writing of the result of this investigation.
