eFootball Account Recovery Needed After Unauthorized Access

I am an eFootball player from Kenya and my account has been hacked. On September 23 I realized that someone had gained unauthorized access to my account and changed the email address linked to it. Since that moment I have not been able to log in or control the account. My in‑game account/username is “Jonzayjohn”. I did not authorize any change of email or any other modification on this account. I am very concerned that my game progress and any items linked to this account may be misused. I kindly request that my account be recovered and secured, and that the email address change made by the hacker be reversed so that I can regain full access to my eFootball account.
