Account Locked Since June 2026 - No Response From Customer Support

My account has been locked and I am no longer able to log in. This problem started on 01/06/2026. I am accessing the service from India and my registered phone number on the account is 90790 02***. After my ID was locked, I tried to contact the company’s customer support, but I have not received any response so far. I have been left without access and without any explanation about the reason for the lock. I request that my account be urgently checked and unlocked, or that I be clearly informed about the reason for the lock and how it can be resolved. I expect a prompt response and restoration of access to my account.
