My BC Game Withdrawal Did Not Reach My Canara Bank Account

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my withdrawal of ₹31,000 on BC Game, which has still not been credited to my bank account despite showing as successful. I made a withdrawal of ₹31,000 from my BC Game account in the name of Md Tahir to my Canara Bank account. For this withdrawal I received emails and in-game confirmation messages stating that the transaction was successful. I also have order IDs related to this issue: F-1865398326945858083 and F-1865398226602361123. However, even though the system shows the withdrawal as successful, the money has not reached my Canara Bank account. For the last four days I have been continuously trying to get help through BC Game live chat and by sending multiple emails, but I have not received any proper response or solution. My funds are stuck, and this situation is causing me serious inconvenience and financial stress. I request you to urgently check these order IDs, confirm the status of my ₹31,000 withdrawal, and either credit the amount to my Canara Bank account immediately or reverse it back to my BC Game balance. I also request a clear written explanation of why the transaction is shown as successful when the money has not been received. I kindly ask you to treat this as an urgent formal complaint and provide a prompt written resolution and response. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible, as I have already been waiting and following up for several days without any result.
