My issue began on May 6, 2026, after I successfully made a withdrawal from my BC.Game account to my Moniepoint bank account. Following the withdrawal, I attempted to complete a verification process using my child's National Identification Number (NIN), not realizing that the verification would not be accepted because the owner of the NIN was under 18 years of age.

I later understood that this was a mistake on my part. After this verification attempt, my account was temporarily blocked. At the time, I did not understand why the restriction had been applied or what steps I needed to take to resolve the issue. I mistakenly reported the matter on May 7, 2026, while still trying to understand what had happened.

Since then, I have made numerous attempts to access my account, but every time I try to log in, I receive a message stating that my account is temporarily unavailable or blocked. I have been unable to use my account, place bets, or access the services normally available to me.

I am very concerned about this situation and would like the opportunity to re-verify the account using my own valid identification information. I understand that using my child's NIN was an error, and I am willing to provide the correct documents required for verification.

I have also tried contacting BC.Game support multiple times but have not yet received a resolution. I respectfully request that my account be reviewed and that I be given the opportunity to complete verification correctly so that I can regain access to my BC.Game account. I would be extremely grateful for any assistance in restoring my account access as soon as possible.
