My withdrawal has been pending for the last twenty days on BC.Game, and when I tried to contact their customer support, they kept closing my ticket repeatedly, even though I provided all the necessary proof, including my bank statement. To make matters worse, BC.Game’s customer support takes around four days to respond to each of my messages.
