BC.Game Account Recovery Request After Payment

I am an Indian user of the BC.Game platform, and I deposited $3 into my BC.Game account on February 13 through the Paytm app. After completing the payment and returning to the BC.Game website, I suddenly received a message stating that my account is unavailable, and I have not been able to access it since then.

My BC.Game account is registered under the email address ayaw***@gmail.com, and my contact number is 8082688788. I have screenshots and bank records confirming that the $3 payment was successfully transferred from Paytm to BC.Game. However, despite this, my account remains inaccessible, and I cannot use the balance I deposited.

This situation is causing me serious stress. I request that my BC.Game account linked to ayaw***@gmail.com be reactivated as soon as possible so I can access my funds and continue using the platform. I am not requesting a refund to my bank account; my clear request is that my BC.Game account be fully restored and reopened for use.
