Request For Account Unban And Review Of 10-Year Ban

I have been playing Battlegrounds Mobile India for around 8 years on my iPhone 14 Pro and have invested money into my account. My BGMI ID is 5147308489. On 1 June 2026, my account was unexpectedly banned for 10 years without any clear reason being shown. During a match where I got 25 kills, I first received a 7‑day inspection ban. When the inspection period was almost over and the account was close to being unbanned, it was suddenly changed to a direct 10‑year ban. The game only shows that the account violated the rules, but I have not used any third‑party tools, cheats, or done anything that I know of which would break the game’s policies. Because I have spent a long time playing fairly and have also invested money in this account, this situation feels very unfair and worrying. I kindly request that my account be thoroughly rechecked and that the ban on BGMI ID 5147308489 be removed if no actual rule violation is found, so that I can continue playing the game normally.
