Battlegrounds Mobile India Wrongfully Banned My Account for Cheating

I am writing regarding my Battlegrounds Mobile India account, which has been banned for alleged cheating. When I try to log in, a notice appears stating that my account has violated the rules and is banned until 17.09.2035 at 17:33:44. My in‑game user ID shown on the ban screen is 55625814902. I do not use any cheats, hacks, or third‑party software and have always tried to play fairly and within the rules. For this reason, I believe that this 10‑year ban is a mistake or the result of a misunderstanding, and it is causing me serious frustration as I have invested a lot of time and effort into this account. I kindly request that my account be thoroughly re‑investigated and that all logs and data related to my gameplay be reviewed carefully. If no valid evidence of cheating is found, I ask that the ban on my account be lifted and full access to my profile and game progress be restored. I expect a clear explanation of the reason for the ban and information on the result of the review after my case is examined.
