Battlegrounds Mobile India Unban Request

Hello BGMI Support Team, My Battlegrounds Mobile India account has been banned even though I have always followed your Rules of Conduct, and I am requesting a detailed review and reactivation of my account. I play BGMI on an Android phone and the banned account is very important to me because I have been playing for around five years. The details of my account are as follows: my Character ID is 5216789921 and my in‑game name is 4★N CR A ZY. When I try to log in, I see a notice on the screen saying that my account will be banned for violating regulations, along with my ID number and an end time of 2031/08/03 10:54:30. However, I have never used any cheating software, scripts, third‑party tools, or any unfair methods, and I have always tried to play honestly and in accordance with your rules. Because I am sure that I have not violated the regulations, I believe this ban may be a mistake or an automated false detection. I kindly request that you thoroughly review all logs and activity of my account, including device and gameplay data, and if no solid evidence of a violation is found, that you urgently lift the ban and restore full access to my account. This account represents many years of time, effort, and in‑game progress for me, so I would be very grateful if you could reconsider this decision and inform me of the result of your review as soon as possible.
