I made a deposit of 10,000 to my Battery Bet mobile app account on 27th May via bank transfer from my SBI bank account. The deposit was sent to the account registered with the mobile number 9573434***. Although the bank transfer was successful, the money has not been credited to my Battery Bet account. I tried to contact Battery Bet customer support regarding this issue but I have not received any response so far. I am very uncomfortable that such a large amount is stuck despite a successful bank transaction and no explanation has been provided. I request that my 10,000 be immediately refunded back to my SBI bank account without any further delay, or the amount should be credited correctly to my Battery Bet account. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently and a clear confirmation to be shared with me once the refund is processed.
