Baseus Power Bank Shows 100 Percent but Won’t Charge Devices

I purchased a Baseus PPBD20K-X 20,000 mAh power bank through Amazon.com.tr. It has been a little over two years since the purchase. Around September 16, 2026, the display on the device started flashing an “188” warning. When I connect it using a different cable, the battery level may show as 100%, but the power bank does not charge connected devices and the “188” warning continues to appear. As a result, I am unable to use the product.
I tried different cables and adapters and also followed the troubleshooting steps recommended by Baseus, but the issue was not resolved. I provided Baseus with a video of the problem, the serial number, the invoice, and the order information. They then directed me to Amazon.com.tr.
Amazon told me that because more than two years had passed since the purchase, they could not provide support under the warranty and did not offer any paid repair service either. When I contacted Baseus again, they told me that they do not have a service center in my region and that they could not offer any repair, replacement, or other solution. They also advised me not to have the product opened and repaired independently and instead suggested that I dispose of it as electronic waste.
I understand that the warranty period has expired, and I am not asking for a free replacement. I am willing to pay for the repair. What concerns me is that the manufacturer is not offering any solution at all, including a paid service option. I request that a reasonable after-sales service solution be provided for this product.
