Paid $35 to Remove Ban on Badoo, but Issue Remains Unresolved

I paid $35 to have the ban on my Badoo account removed, yet the issue has not been resolved. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, I have been redirected to operators who fail to address my concern. It feels like no one is taking responsibility for resolving this matter.
I expect prompt action to lift the ban, as I have already made the payment. The lack of proper customer support and communication is extremely frustrating. Please address this issue immediately and ensure the removal of the restriction on my account. This level of service is unacceptable for a paid resolution.
