Badoo Keeps Blocking My Account for 5 Years Without Any Just Cause

I first joined Badoo in 2008 and used it actively for years without any issues. However, around five years ago, while chatting with someone, my account was suddenly banned without warning or explanation. Since then, I’ve been completely unable to access the platform—even when I try to create a new account, I get blocked again instantly.

I’ve never violated any community rules or done anything inappropriate. I’ve used the same phone number for 31 years, and my email and personal info haven’t changed either. This feels completely unfair and confusing.

I truly want to return to the Badoo community, but no one from support has helped me. I’m kindly asking for your assistance in removing this unjust ban so I can use the app again like any regular user. Please look into this and help me restore access.
