Badoo Banned My Account Without Reason – I Paid for Gold & Tokens

I recently purchased Badoo Gold and bought extra tokens, yet my account was suddenly banned without any explanation. I have never engaged in any inappropriate behavior or shared anything against the rules, so this ban makes no sense.
I demand that my account be reinstated immediately. If I violated any terms, I expect clear communication about the issue. Badoo cannot just ban paying users without cause while keeping their money.
I have been waiting for a response, but I still haven't received any explanation. Badoo, fix this now—either restore my account or issue a full refund for the money I spent!
