I Got Banned from Badoo Without Reason and Deserve a Clear Explanation


My Badoo account was suddenly closed, and I truly don’t understand why. I suspect someone may have reported me, but I’ve never insulted anyone, used offensive language, or violated any of Badoo’s community guidelines. I’ve been a loyal user for many years, always respectful and compliant with the rules, and now I can’t even log in to my account.
If I truly did something wrong, I ask the Badoo team to tell me exactly what it was. What rule did I supposedly break to deserve a ban this severe? I believe I have the right to know the specific reason behind this penalty. Otherwise, I kindly request that my account be reinstated so I can continue using the platform as before.

They did not refund my subscription, that is, my account. As a result, I did not speak harshly to anyone, I did not say any offensive or insulting words to anyone, and is such a severe penalty fair?
