I have been a Vodafone fiber internet subscriber, and for the past week I have been unable to log into the Vodafone mobile app. Every time I attempt to sign in, I receive a “Connection Error” message. The issue occurs regardless of whether I use Wi-Fi or mobile data, so it is not related to my internet connection.
To resolve the problem, I have already tried deleting and reinstalling the app as well as restarting my phone, but the issue persists. My home internet connection works perfectly fine, and I do not experience similar problems with other apps—this error appears only in the Vodafone app.
My subscriber number is 0501*5506. I request that Vodafone identify this error and fix it as quickly as possible, so I can access and manage my account without interruptions. As a paying customer, I expect stable access to the official app and proper technical support when issues arise.
