I Cannot Log Into My Azar App on Xiaomi 13C Despite Stable Internet Connection

For the past four days, I have been unable to log into my Azar account on my Xiaomi 13C smartphone. Every time I open the app, I receive a message saying “100% check internet connection”, even though my internet is working perfectly fine. The issue is specific to the Azar app—other apps on my phone connect to the internet without any problems.
During this time, I have tried several troubleshooting steps: I restarted my phone multiple times, deleted and reinstalled the app from the Google Play Store, and ensured that both the app and my phone’s software are up to date. Despite all of this, the login problem continues.
I have not yet contacted Azar customer support. I also have not made any payments or in-app purchases, aside from the option to buy coins that the app provides. I simply want to regain access to my account.
I am located in Istanbul and request that Azar urgently investigate and resolve this issue. I expect a quick technical fix so I can log back into my account and use the app normally again.
