For the past two weeks, I have been completely unable to log into the Azar app on my Redmi 13 smartphone. Until recently, I never had any issues, but suddenly I started receiving the error message: “100% connection error, please try again.”
I attempted multiple solutions, but none of them worked:
Tried both Wi-Fi and mobile data
Switched to different internet connections
Deleted and reinstalled the app several times
Even reinstalled my phone’s software
Despite all these efforts, the error persists and I cannot access my Azar account.
My account is linked to Facebook, my username is Ramazan Ö****, and my phone number ends with 85. The version of Azar currently installed on my device is 6.15.1, and I am using the app in Bitlis, Turkey.
In the past, my account had once been restricted or banned without any clear explanation. However, right now, there is no visible warning about restrictions — only the constant connection error that prevents me from using the app.
I request that this issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible so I can log back into Azar and use the service again.
