I Face Axa Insurance Delay in Paying Vehicle Value Loss After Not-At-Fault Accident
I have mandatory traffic insurance with Axa Insurance for my 2024 Seat Ateca 1.5 TSI Experience, which I purchased in Ankara. On October 14, 2025, I was involved in a traffic accident in Ankara in which I was found to be 0% at fault. After the accident, a Tramer record of $1,013 was created for my vehicle, which caused a significant decrease in its market value.
Because of this loss in value, I applied to Axa Insurance for compensation, and my application was registered under file number 11899851. On November 12, 2025, I was informed that my file was under review. However, more than a month has passed since then, and despite repeatedly calling the call center and requesting updates, I have not received any clear written or verbal response regarding the outcome of my application. I was also not informed about any missing documents or specific reasons for the delay.
Due to this prolonged uncertainty and lack of communication, my financial losses continue to increase, and I am unable to plan any potential sale or transaction involving my vehicle. I request that my compensation claim for the loss in value resulting from the $1,013 Tramer record be evaluated promptly, that the process be finalized without further delay, and that my financial loss be resolved as soon as possible. I also request clear, transparent, and detailed information about all steps taken regarding my claim file numbered 11899851.
