Axa Insurance Showed Unprecedented Billing and Coordination Issues

The damage file number is 10470016, and the file number is 34 j*t 3**1. Axa Insurance has done something that has never been done before: they ignored a simple bill for ₺637.20 and handled the transactions through the Sogüt OtoCam service without paying. Even though the insured gave their IBAN as TR11 00** **00 7**0 0006 8*** 11, the person in charge of this claim put the payment in without checking the right account because of the pandemic. Who is in charge of this claim, and why are they still working at Axa Insurance if they keep doing things like this? Their contract should have ended at the end of 2023. What is wrong with the Axa Insurance family that you can't work together? Does it make your managers, who only make a little over ₺600 a month, happy to work without having to coordinate? Since the bill is only ₺637.20, why are you threatening to sue the insured? In 10 days, if you don't pay the bill, we will have to get our lawyers involved. We're not to blame for the pandemic, and you can't blame the service or the insured for it either. I've already been to see you once, but I have to go back soon. Please know this.
