AXA Insurance Lifetime Renewal Guarantee Didn't Work as Promised
I just found out that my coverage with AXA insurance, which I've had for three years, ended on 04.12.2023. I attempted to contact someone at 8:30 PM on the final day, but was unable to do so. My lifetime renewal guarantee has been nullified, they said. Please reinstate it at my request. why did I learn about the expiration on the last day; I'm hoping we can fix this quickly, it's not on me. They should have told me earlier, I would renew it then but how can I solve everything in a day?
