Ava Trade Market Investment Scam: Unable to Withdraw Funds

A person called my father through the Ava Trade Market site to open an account and invest in BOTAŞ. Photos are provided below. Initially, they kept calling my father to ask for money, claiming they would trade and requested ₺100,000. When my father refused, he tried to withdraw $1,300, but they demanded a $380 insurance fee. We asked them to deduct the insurance fee from the amount and transfer the rest to us, but they refused and said the money could only be withdrawn if we deposited more. When we called them, they said, "We sold you information, we are not obliged to explain this." We will pursue legal action, but we want to inform others to prevent them from being harmed. Ava Trade Market is a system where you can never withdraw your money once it's deposited.
