Avast Refund Delayed Four Months - Still Not Returned To My Card

Avast, an antivirus software company, has kept me waiting for a refund for four months. They keep sending apology emails for the delays, but they still haven’t returned my $200. I’ve submitted numerous reports under the number 23477926, yet after four months, the money has still not been refunded to my card.
