Norton Antivirus Delayed Refund for Unauthorized Renewal
Norton antivirus company has charged my bank account for annual renewal without my knowledge, more than a month before the expiration of my current subscription. Despite requesting a refund on June 8th and being promised a refund within 10 business days, no payment has been credited to my account. When I contacted customer service again, they now claim it will take six weeks for the refund and continued to stall. I demand an immediate refund of my money. I shouldn't have to wait for six weeks. They have already renewed my subscription without my consent, even before the contract period ended. Why should my money lose value due to their mistake and the inflation caused by the delay? I want my money back as soon as possible.
