I own a 2023 Audi A3, and I have now experienced the left side mirror failing to open on three separate occasions. When I start the car, the left mirror does not unfold, but after turning the ignition off and restarting the vehicle, the issue temporarily resolves itself.
This problem occurs randomly, without any warning lights or additional error messages. Although my car is still under warranty, I have not yet contacted customer service or the authorized service center.
I expect Audi to thoroughly investigate the issue, provide a clear explanation, and repair the defect free of charge under warranty. I kindly request a prompt and permanent resolution to this matter.
