On 01.11.2025, I lost a total of $227 while playing “Roulette” on the Asyabahis site. I submitted a request the same day to benefit from the loss bonus promotion. However, my loss bonus was rejected by the risk department on the grounds that the loss occurred in a single session. This type of limitation was not mentioned anywhere in the bonus terms, and this information was communicated to me for the first time. In addition, no written explanation was provided regarding the rejection of my request.
