Asus Motherboard Fails Again One Day After "Repaired" Unit Was Returned

June 30 12:52 PM

On 04/15/2026, I purchased an Asus Prime A520M motherboard through İncehesap. About 10 days after receiving the product, on 04/25/2026, the motherboard malfunctioned. I first called İncehesap customer service, and they directed me to Asus technical service. I contacted Asus, and after a lot of back-and-forth and processing, the product was shipped out and returned to me within about a month, said to have been repaired.
However, just 1 day after the motherboard reached me, it malfunctioned again. I reached out to Asus again, and again a lot of processing was done, but this time I received no response at all. When I wrote to İncehesap about the situation, they just gave me the same answer and redirected me to Asus once more. Asus then sent me an email asking me to fill out a form, saying they would have the product picked up again — but I've been left in a difficult position because a motherboard that's only a month old couldn't even run properly for 10 days, and no one has truly taken ownership of the issue throughout this process.
For this product, which I use in Suşehri, with invoice number ın32026000076249, I am requesting that the motherboard now be treated as a defective product rather than being sent for repair again, and that it be replaced with a new, fully functioning unit.
