I Face Hypnozio Subscription Charging Me Without Consent
On January 13, I subscribed to Hypnozio for three months, making a single payment of $93 expressly without activating any type of automatic renewal. However, on April 7, I was unexpectedly charged $244, almost three times the original value, for a renewal that I never authorized. In addition to the surprise and disproportionate amount of this charge, I have not been able to find any way to cancel the subscription or manage it myself. In Google Play, I do not appear with an active subscription to Hipnozio, and on the Hipnozio website and app, there is no visible or accessible option to cancel or manage this supposed subscription, which leaves me completely unprotected in the face of charges I did not consent to. I request the immediate refund of the $244 charged without my authorization and the total cancellation of any subscription or automatic renewal associated with my account, so that no new charges are made in the future. I also ask that you confirm in writing that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be applied.
