I purchased a $0.50 birth chart reading on AskNebula.com, but I never signed up for any monthly subscription. Despite that, a total of 29 separate charges have been withdrawn from my bank card without my consent. I made the purchase through the website, and when I tried to cancel what appears to be an unwanted subscription, it directed me to a cancellation link asking for my email address. I followed the steps, but no confirmation or response was ever received.

This is unacceptable. I urgently request an immediate refund of all unauthorized charges and the permanent cancellation of any subscription associated with my name or card.
