Asics Gel Nimbus 25 Tears Denied Warranty

I bought Asics Gel Nimbus 25 shoes on May 19, 2023, for ₺4499. I just used them for running, and when I addressed the store about the difficulties, I took sure to follow the staff's directions, which included not wearing them without first untying the laces. Anyone who uses such shoes for sports understands that the laces must be properly tied every time for a proper fit. Furthermore, when removing them, it makes sense to untie the laces first. I left the sneakers at the Yalı Spor Hilltown İzmir store on March 31, 2024, and asked for a replacement. Today, I received response claiming that the tears in the images of the inner heel lining were caused by my overuse. Despite understanding there were numerous faults with this brand, I wanted to give it a shot. Obviously, I made a mistake. I will not make that mistake again.
