If Asiana Airlines damaged your suitcase and denied repair but you want to force compensation;

Contact Asiana Airlines Baggage Services / Customer Relations with a clear escalation;

• State that your checked baggage was damaged on their flight and that you were denied appropriate repair/replacement
• Provide your flight number/date, booking reference (PNR), baggage tag number(s)
• Attach clear photos of the damaged suitcase from multiple angles
• Include the Property Irregularity Report (PIR) from the airport and any written denial you received
• Attach receipts for the suitcase and/or a repair estimate from a luggage repair shop

Ask them to;

• Confirm that the damage was caused by airline handling (not pre-existing)
• Explain why they denied repair or compensation
• Authorize full repair or reimburse the cost of repair/replacement
• Provide written confirmation of the compensation amount and timeline

If support does not reply, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
