Arzum Sold Me Incompatible Spare Parts for My AR134 Model Chopper

I have an AR134 model chopper from Arzum brand. Since the glass bowl of this chopper was broken, I ordered it from their website. You see that the blade of the product they sent is not compatible with the glass bowl, although it should fit normally, and the blade does not fit properly. You also see that the silicone part does not fit properly, and it remains loose. On the website, you see that they state that the part they sell is compatible with my model and that there is no statement that there may be changes in the spare parts produced over time. Now, let me explain to you what the Arzum brand does and what it is trying to do! First of all, they produce the product, if a long time has passed, they make minimal changes to the spare parts and allow you to order the part. At best, they make an unfair profit by selling a product worth ₺300 for ₺600. When you voice your complaint, they ask you for an e-mail, and although the images in the e-mail are very clear, they cannot convince you, they steal your time and want you to take it to an authorized service. They say that if I do not accept this, you can return the product. Even though I told them that I don't have time, that the mistake is theirs because they didn't state the minimal changes they made to the product on their website, and that they could solve my grievance by sending a compatible spare blade, they don't accept this and start the issue over again. When buying a product from Arzum, consider that you will experience such problems. Because they force you to buy spare parts that you don't need with the minor changes they make to the spare parts that they will sell you at twice the cost. Even if you are going to return it, I can say that they are creating a great waste by taking your money and time from you.
