I am unable to log into Arena of Valor using Facebook. Every time I try, it gives me an “Application not active” error. I’ve reached out to their support team through Instagram, Facebook, and Gmail but have received no response.
This is extremely frustrating as I’ve been using my account for 10 years, and starting over with a new account is not an option I’m willing to consider. I’m wondering if others have experienced similar problems. Arena of Valor must address this issue immediately and restore access to affected accounts. I expect a prompt resolution and better communication from their support team to avoid leaving loyal players in the dark.
