War Robots Reset My Level 30 Account Without Warning—I Demand It Restored

I logged into War Robots as usual, but suddenly my account was completely reset. I had reached level 30 after a lot of effort, and now all my progress is gone. When I reported this to support, they said it’s not an issue. At first, they told me the progress would be saved to the server, but now when I search for my account, it says it doesn’t exist. This is devastating after all the time I invested in the game. I’m asking for my account to be restored immediately. If anyone else has faced this problem and found a solution, please let me know.
