Arena of Valor Won’t Connect to Facebook – Error Persists for Over a Week

I’ve been unable to connect Arena of Valor to my Facebook account for over a week now. Every time I try, it gives an application error, and despite all my efforts – including removing recent phone updates – the issue remains unresolved.

It seems like a data issue, as resetting or formatting doesn’t solve it. I believe it may require deleting the game’s Facebook data cache from the settings, but I’m unsure how to proceed. If anyone has a solution or if the support team could address this, it would be appreciated. I’d like to get back to enjoying the game without these connectivity issues.
