Arçelik Dishwasher 6366 Poor Performance and Disappointing Service

I am extremely frustrated with the Arçelik Dishwasher model 6366. The washing performance is abysmal, and despite multiple service visits, my dishes remain dirty. Arçelik's lack of customer care and failure to stand behind their product is disheartening. Even lesser-known brands offer better and more reliable service. The money I spent on this product does not feel justified, and I regret purchasing from Arçelik. We are now washing dishes by hand. Arçelik’s promises seem to be all talk and no substance.
