Arçelik Washing Machine Water Error - Refund Request


On 08.05.2025, I purchased an Arçelik 12140 MX model 12 kg 1400 rpm washing machine, and I regret buying it. The installation was completed on 09.05.2025. For the first wash, we loaded the clothes, selected the synthetic program, added detergent, and started the machine. However, during water intake, the machine displayed a water error and paused itself. We noticed that the start symbol was off and the water tap cancel icon was lit on the screen. We pressed the start button to resume the program, but the same error occurred again with 22 minutes remaining, and the machine paused once more. After pressing the start button again, it resumed taking water and continued the cycle, but at 13 minutes remaining, the same error happened again. We pressed the start button once more and only then did the program complete, allowing us to remove the clothes. If we hadn’t pressed the start button each time, the machine wouldn’t have continued. On 10.05.2025, we tried to do another wash, but the same issues reappeared. I would like to exercise my right to return the product and request a full refund. I am filing a complaint against Arçelik, the company that sold me this faulty product and handled the installation. I demand the return of my washing machine.
