Arçelik Authorized Service Center Communication Issue

I contacted the Arçelik authorized service in Ankara at 0312 3296567 for the installation of my newly purchased Altus AL KM 1160 model appliance. The technician who came for installation said they would return on Monday or Tuesday to change the door direction. However, when I called back to confirm, my call was first disconnected. Later, a staff member named Ms. A*** stated that this model does not support door direction changes and, in a dismissive and arrogant tone, said, “Our colleague may not know, but there is no door direction change; we were not with you when you bought it.” This attitude was extremely disturbing. When I spoke with the service customer representative, the communication was one-sided, there was no constructive dialogue, and no solution-oriented approach was provided. Although my device is under warranty, I was not given clear information, and the promises made were not fulfilled. I expect my grievance to be resolved urgently, the commitment made to be honored, and if necessary, a replacement with a model that allows door direction change. I also request that your service staff receive proper training to communicate more carefully and with a solution-oriented attitude.
