The Arçelik 270531 refrigerator, which I purchased on July 20, 2023, displayed a warning that the door was open despite the fact that it had been closed the previous month. We called the service, and they fixed it temporarily. After ten days, I had a cooling problem and received a warning that the door was open. We called the service again and explained that the card needed to be changed. They returned after one week. They changed the card, about a week passed, it continued to give cooling and sound warnings, I made an appointment four more times, they will come on July 18, I will write here as a follow-up, the result was Arçelik in my previous cabinet, I used it without problems for about 17 years, and I bought Arçelik again. I decided, but only the name remains; unfortunately, the quality has disappeared. We've been keeping the food in the neighbor's fridge with another brand for a month out of fear of spoilage; I'm curious how this problem will be resolved.
