Arcelik 'Renovated' 283720 eb Refrigerator Cooling and Parts Problems


In 2022, we bought a 283720 eb model refrigerator from Arçelik, which is called 'renovated', together with all our white goods. The refrigerator, which came with a guarantee of no problems, was replaced with another cabinet as soon as it was installed due to the LED indicator not working. Within 1 year, the tires of the refrigerator started to not hold, and the refrigerator was replaced again due to the problem of the doors not closing even after the tires were changed. In this cabinet, which was replaced on January 23, 2024, I have been having a problem with the bottom freezer side not freezing since June 2024. The service came and said the weather was too hot and removed the back cover, the card of the cabinet, which still continued to not freeze, was changed, of course, the service came again for the cabinet that still did not freeze, plugged a device into the outlet and left a small piece for the cabinet. I would say if our electricity was also a problem, we still have an Arçelik brand deep freezer (not a renovated product) and we do not have any problems. As of today, the bottom compartment of my refrigerator does not freeze. I took a video of putting water in it, I took a video again 1 day later, you can see it in the images. We trusted Arçelik, but we continue to have a never-ending problem with the refrigerator. I am really tired of calling home service and being victimized all the time. I request and hope that Arçelik company will completely solve this problem of the renewed refrigerator.

It is true that contact was made in a short time, we thank the company for that, but the result is disappointing. According to the evaluation results, the freezer compartment of our refrigerator is normal. I am sharing with you the final state of the bottle with ice inside as an attachment. Without conducting a valid result analysis, my refrigerator complaint was closed with the statement that your device is fine. In the end, this 2-year-old device is not freezing. Sometimes it freezes and then thaws afterwards, and it operates for a long time without freezing again. If a test is to be conducted, we request that it be done with valid evidence to find a solution. Arçelik's solution result is a fiasco.
