My Order Delayed Despite Being Shipped on Time
On October 8, I placed an order worth ₺1200 through FLO and paid ₺69 for shipping. My order was shipped via Aras Kargo from Konya Meram to Konya Karatay with tracking number 5723*****64. However, the delivery was not made on the specified date and is now one day late. When I contacted Aras Kargo, they told me that despite living in the city center, the delivery would take a week. I also spoke with Ms. I*** from FLO customer service, who confirmed that the order was shipped on October 8 and the estimated delivery date was October 10, but she only relayed the courier company’s date without offering any solution. I request that my package be delivered urgently and as soon as possible. I want this delay to be resolved and my grievance addressed promptly.
