Aras Kargo Staff Constantly Causing Problems and Grievance
Since 2021, I have been experiencing constant problems with an Aras Kargo employee named V*** at the İzmir Güzelbahçe branch. Most recently, regarding my shipment with tracking number 5674*******35, he called me and said, “Your cargo is 30 kg, I can’t carry it, either come pick it up or it will be returned.” Even though I told him my package did not even weigh 10 kg, he maintained the same attitude. Later, when he delivered it, he admitted, “This isn’t 30 kg,” and handed it over. I have had similar issues with this person before. He has tried multiple times to charge me the delivery fee twice, and once, after overcharging me, he refunded less than he should have. On another occasion, when books were sent from my daughter’s school, he said he couldn’t deliver them and, when we didn’t go to pick them up, he threw them into the yard and left. I also faced issues regarding fees when sending walnuts, which made me suspicious of him. Despite reporting all these complaints to the branch and customer service, I never received any response. I have been forced to deal with the same employee’s behavior for years and believe he has acted the same way with other customers as well. I request that the necessary action be taken against this employee and that my grievance be resolved.
