Amazon Delivery Problem With Aras Kargo

I placed an order with Amazon Turkey using my Amazon Prime membership, expecting next-day delivery as advertised. On the scheduled delivery day, I waited the entire day as the tracking status kept saying it would arrive by the end of the day. However, the package was not delivered. Later, I received a notification claiming that delivery was attempted but I was not at home — which is completely untrue. I was home all day, and no one came, no call was made, and no delivery attempt actually occurred. This is very disappointing, especially from a service that promises fast and reliable delivery. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and ensure such incidents do not happen again.
