Warranty Declined on Defective Apple iPhone Case
I purchased this phone case 15 days ago, but the peeling began within a week. I submitted a warranty claim, only to be told that it was a user error. How could I possibly have harmed a one-week-old case? I paid a significant sum of money for a product that is now worthless. I'm left with no choice but to file a lawsuit. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. We expect a product to last and to meet certain quality standards when we buy it. It is unacceptable to be denied warranty coverage for a clear manufacturing defect. I'm not alone in having such concerns, and it's past time for businesses to accept responsibility for the products they sell. It's disheartening that I have to go to court to resolve a problem that could have been resolved with a simple warranty claim.
